Today Mommy told me, that I’m a pain in the butt.
She says since Cherie isn’t with us anymore I’m aggressive and uncontrollable – and probably extremely bored.
And then she told me that tomorrow she’ll go and get my new play friend since she hopes I’ll quit biting, scratching and annoying her. LOL (As she wouldn’t like it) – but she’s right – I’m quite bored.
Even though we miss Cherie, Mommy wants me to be happy too – and what makes me happy is another kitty to play with.
I’m sure we soon will publish the first pictures. *grin*

I just love Jake!! He is the best cat in the world. Tell him that I vote for his mommy every day and hope that she wins so he can get a very special treat!
Great post, humorous and light, yet it has a tone of seriousness. You are taking a big step of letting go of the past, by getting a new friend for Jake. He needs that and I wonder how happy he will be when he sees her or him. I think the first thing he will do is let him or her know who is the boss in the house. Knowing Jake, after the boss issue is settled, he will go about his business causing mischief again.
